We offer opportunities for giving that suit donor preference. You can make a general contribution, or direct a contribution to the early childhood education program, the Harrisburg High School Scholars of Business and Industry program, or to a scholarship fund. HPSF assures fiduciary responsibility, using less than 10 percent of donations for operations.

A business interested in a tax credit contribution that is not registered with the Department of Community and Economic development should follow this link www.newpa.com When the page opens, click on the Funding and Program Finder link. When that page opens, scroll down to Educational Tax Credit Improvement Act for guidelines and an application.

Any business registered for a tax credit may download an application from the DCED website.
