About Us


Harrisburg Public School Foundation (HPSF), a non-profit community-based organization launched in 1998, supports innovative programming in Harrisburg city public schools. The foundation’s board of directors works in partnership with the school district, Mayor Stephen R. Reed, and business, political and community leaders to improve the quality of public education in Harrisburg.

HPSF has donated more than $2.5 million to the Harrisburg School District. This reflects contributions from business and industry, foundations, private donors, and service groups.
